While working at Taylor Community, I was tasked with updating the organization’s website from the ground up. With the support of my boss, Jenifer Hoffman the Director of Marketing Strategy at Taylor, I was tasked redesigning the website from scratch over a seven-month period. Our priority was to elevate the caliber and quality of the content provided, as we have been refining the brand of the organization over the last year and half with a sharper look and feel.
My role in this project included dictating the vision of the website, directing the design and formatting, writing all the content for all web pages, crafting headers for the segments, and selecting the photos for each page. This updated version website was completed and launched in September 2021 and has since significantly increased our click rates by 3.4% and on average viewers spend more than 1.5 minutes on each page, which is above the industry average.
